3. Test of your ability to understand/ interpret brief.
4. Also a check of your humility (When your work is criticized).
5. Final stage salary. The financial manager and creative director are your friends. (Be real with them)
6. Once hired, you might get a brief from the MD, do your best, you should be fine.
