Despite that, the first round went well, and I was told I was a strong fit. I was then given a "small" task that ended up taking many hours: creating a full social media calendar with detailed copy, SEO strategy, and campaign plan. This required in-depth research on the company and their services. The second round was a 50-minute technical and culture fit interview, which felt colder than the first. It also involved representatives from Worknest, despite IMSM being the company I applied for. After submitting the task and presenting it, I was ghosted despite following up three times.
