The first interview was with a group of ten people learning about the company. It wasn't really an interview but an informational meeting. They did not inform any of us that it would be a group interview. If interested, you had to contact the recruiter and ask for another interview. The second interview consisted of talking to three sales managers at once. They want to know what drives you. The third interview was extremely short, no longer than ten minutes, with the director of sales who made me wait 30 minutes to see him.
