What an unprofessional nightmare. First they called me because, while I was under-qualified for the position I applied for, they found another role for me. Recruiter completely ghosts me, then I reach out to see what's going on and they were so sorry they forgot me. They sounded desperate after I told them I wasn't interested anymore. Final interview in their Stamford office, and third person I spoke with to talk about the role. Still no idea about compensation, benefits, etc. This company is a joke, I've never been so insulted. I e-mailed the recruiter and told her to forget it.

The interview process was not bad at all. I came in a few times and spoke with a few employees over the phone as well. They were nice and polite. Meeting with a few different people also helped to get a good perspective on the company and their work / life balance.
