Rigorous testing and then several interviews in Zagreb and in Rijeka. First I needed to solve tests, IQ test, personality test, then I had 2 interviews in Rijeka. After that I had 1 year internship, after which it was decided whether I will continue in the company.
Some selection processes do indeed take longer, especially when complex or very specific competencies are required. Nevertheless, we always strive to make the process as efficient as possible so our candidates can enjoy the experience.
