1.HR Interview to understand the profile and matching the criteria of possible candidature.
2. Technical Interview to understand the previous experience, technical skills, flexibility to learn new tool, measurement of hands-on experience, communication skills etc.
3. HR Interview to negotiate the salary and other necessary discussions etc.
4. Client Interview

There was no unexpected questions but the quality of questions were very good. The questions were very intelligently asked to measure the hands-on knowledge of candidate.
