The interview process was long: it started with a one-way interview (where you talk to a camera), followed by a live interview, two tasks which took me 3 days to complete, and then TWO MORE interviews

Getting hired at this company felt like a marathon—a challenging yet deeply rewarding experience. The journey kicked off with two preliminary tests: a Behavioral Assessment and a Cognitive Assessment. The latter was a real brain-teaser, so when I received the email from the Senior Recruiter saying I'd made it to the next round, I felt a burst of pride. Next up was the actual interview with the Senior Recruiter. I was surprised by how comfortable and informative it turned out to be. We had a real conversation; it wasn't just a race against the clock to spit out my life's story in half an hour. It felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know me, not just check boxes off a list. The third stage was a 30-minute conversation with the VP of Operations. Time was of the essence here—she's incredibly busy—but even so, the interview felt thorough. I had enough time to address any concerns they might have had about my candidacy and walked away feeling like I'd been able to showcase the full spectrum of what I can bring to the table. Last but not least, I recorded a brief video interview to answer a few more questions. This video would be added to my profile for the final decision-making round. A couple of weeks later, I got the offer! On my first day, my direct Manager and the Talent Acquisition Lead gave me the warmest welcome as they walked me through the initial onboarding process. And here I am today, part of an organization that is as professional as it is promising. I couldn't be more thrilled about the growth opportunities that lie ahead.
