Standard 30-minute call with a recruiter and then a take-home, where you had to create and record a 30-minute [unpaid] presentation on a new feature an existing company should create. Hopped on a interview call with a director or VP of product after passing the presentation, and it was a standard behavioral interview.
For a non-competitive salary, they sure demanded a lot in the interview process and a background that is a perfect fit (I have 2-4 years of experience in startups).
I got rejected from a 2-3 sentence, genereic ChatGPT email. Had to look up the sender's name on LinkedIn to figure out which company it was, as there was no company email signature. Disrespectful. No feedback either.

There is a basic HR screening phone interview and then a technical assessment, where you are asked to record a 30-minute presentation that is more indicative of a senior and director role. The requirements were asking for someone with 2 years of experience, but in actuality, they want someone with 6-8 years of experience and want to pay them a junior-level salary.
