Interview was relatively easy but asked about a lot of experience based questions despite it being an internship; marketing manager interviewed me, not a recruiter, then they ghosted me. Pretty horrible process.

Applied through email; the company makes candidates complete mini projects and then they will interview you. The company has no HR team, so the process is not too structured. I have mixed feelings because people I spoke with are really nice, but I never heard back if I got the position or not. Just would advise the company to give candidates a straight answer.
