Cold as the panel asks prescribed questions, it's as if they are reading. They are also very neautral in expression. Don't let this discourage u. They seem briefed to be this way

Tell us about a time you had to juggle many tasks at the same time. What did you learn?
Short notice, highly technical questions, no empathy or positive engagement with the candidate. Did not provide any information about the vacancy. It was almost like a test, there was 0 interest in making the candidate feel comfortable.

Almost nothing about myself, hopes or professional expectations.
Written test and then interview. It takes more than 2 months to become shortlisted. And then the test and interview takes long time as well. Most of the projects are humanitarian.
