Colloquio
I had 5 interviews in total, each lasting 30 mins to 1 hr:
a. First interview was with the team lead and a member of team
b. Regional lead
c. Global product manager
d. HR head for Europe
e. Chief product officer
I applied through a referral. This interview process is too long. There is one interview every week or every other week. HR sends the standard template emails before and after the interviews. I did not get any responses to my specific questions from HR.
After all the 5 interviews I was told all the interviews were positive and HR has submitted "Hire Request" to their management team for "further review and decision". I am totally baffled by their recruitment process. This is the only company that makes a business case to their bosses for hiring someone after 5 rounds of interviews! The logical way would be to make a case for hiring an employee and then start the interview process. Now it has been around 2 months waiting for their decision. I stopped following up after 3rd week. I even contacted the team lead and got a response saying "your application is on final stage and we are hoping for an update soon". Looking through Glassdoor reviews, it is a recurring theme of parking candidates after telling them the job is yours pending management approval. Very poor way of recruiting!
All interviews are very similar, obviously, the HR interview was slightly different. Questions get more and more general with every interview round. So I was pretty much saying similar things in all three interviews. I see this process as a total waste of company resources.
I would recommend continuing the job search even after receiving the verbal offer. They are unreliable and I wasted so much of my time with their selection process.

Processo di selezione con 3 step, conoscitivo (HR), tecnico (team di prodotto Dev/BA) e stakeholder (macro-team di lavoro). Generalmente lo stakeholder è il manager L3 che ti alloca ma non è detto che sia sempre così.

Moderate to difficult level questions were asked during Technical round, analytical questions were asked too. Group discussions, and last in person interview was held too with the senior executives of the company.
