confusing. dragged on for 4 months. final interview I was told was going to be a phone interview and then the director wanted to use the camera so was caught off guard. two people interviewed me for over an hour just coming up with random questions that came to mind. They gave a test with questions that was longer than a final. No clear description of what I would be doing, who I would be working with etc. THEY CHANGED THE JOB TITLE AND POSITION COMPLETELY MID INTERVIEW. just an absolute circus.

Let me defer to my colleague until I think of one.
Easily the worst interview experience I have ever been through. So many red flags including changing the job completely AFTER the first round.. They have no regard for the candidates. The lack of communication and transparency is mind blowing. I had to contact them because of how long it took for them to get back to me in between rounds. They also must have trust issues because I had 4 rounds and a full on exam for a contract position which is unheard of. The process TOOK 6 MONTHS just for them to turn me away. The best part is, they dragged the process for all those months and didn't have the courage to reach out to me after the last round. I had to once again contact them to ask about my status. Unethical all around.
