The process was relatively simple, they held on campus interviews with 2 thirty minute behavioral interviews and then flew us out to their office. The interview questions were relatively straightforward and creativity was definitely valued.

Got into contacts with a recruiter on campus. Submitted my materials and was contacted for a video interview (one of those where you record to a video). Was asked very random questions and don't think it really assessed the candidate's ability.
