Il colloquio prevedeva sia domande di teoria che esercizi da svolgere al momento. Le domande erano relative a comprendere concetti generali della programmazione, mentre gli esercizi avevano lo scopo di capire come il candidato ragiona. In tutto e` durato circa 2 ore.

Good process. In-depth understanding of concepts required. Detailed answers expected. Great questions right from management, technical, and hr. Overall confidence throughout the interview process is very important. They hired a good number of people from campus.

Colloquio
The first stage was a test comprising of aptitude questions and 2 coding questions of average difficulty. After this interview happened virtually on Microsoft Teams. There were two people who took the first round of interview. Rest of it happens on ION day.
