The worst interview experience and least professional in my life. They interviewed me and the questions were clearly meant to question the worth of my experiences, and they spent time ranting about how they are the dominant company and how they started with little investors. Later on they told me the only way to get hired is to get a "week trial or two trial" which involved a pay lower than research assistanship in my Master's. Furthermore, it was not a direct hire but indirectly through a construction hiring agency. Later on, the week before I was supposed to start the offer, they changed their minds. Incredibly unprofessional and clearly controlling managers.
