The role is based on mental health as opposed to physiotherapy I got told during the interview which isn’t made at all clear in the job advert. Sorely disappointed to receive an unsuccessful email which reads as if someone else was picked over you, I can take other candidates were more well liked but only if that were true as to see the job re-advertised round about the same day, you have to wonder about their integrity on these roles available or maybe they chose candidates who decline them?. It is quite painful to make people wait 1 or 2 weeks to learn the outcome if it has been decided quite soon after interview they were not suitable or in the running. I would thank the company for allowing me to re-schedule the interview so I wasn’t waiting 2+ weeks to hear the outcome as I feel more for the people interviewing the week before me.
