It started with a brief self-introduction. Then he asked questions on: • My experience in project management • Agile vs Waterfall methodology • How I handle risks in a project • How I manage difficult stakeholders • A real project scenario I worked on • How I handle delays and escalations This round was interactive, and the interviewer was friendly. I explained my past projects with examples. At the end, he asked if I had any questions for him
