Sent in an initial application with resume and cover letter, filled out a worksheet of sample cases, provided 3 references, conducted a Skype interview then waited for the offer. The process took a month. Personally, I was shocked I didn't get an offer, as I have years of customer service experience and this was a remote position (I'd just be answering emails in my own home). This was also the fifth time and after the fourth application, I was contacted by someone at Ipsy headquarters who told to keep an eye out for when they were hiring for remote positions. Frankly, they wasted my time, gave me false hope, and I lost a great deal of respect for this company based on how they treated their applicants.
