      La procedura ha richiesto 3 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso IPexcel (Bengaluru) nel mese di ott 2020

      Colloquio

      This was a campus interview experience , all done remotely . it consisted of a aptitude round , Patent application round and finally techincal interview . Hands down the worst experience ever , most unprofessional people starting with the CEO himself as you can see from other reviews as well. Once we were done with aptitude round , i got a call from one of the employees there to inform me that i have been selected for Patent application round. Patent application round: I was sent a patent application of 7 pages which had information with diagrams , abstract etc like an actual patent. I was given a task to write a summary of 1 page of the patent application and was given time of 4 hours , once done within the deadline , they didnt bother to tell me that the patent review will be done on the next day and kept me waiting all day. Technical interview: They scheduled the interview with me on a zoom call , where i had the employee who assigned me the task for patent summary and the CEO himself. When I started explaining my summary , the CEO was not paying any attention and felt like he has already made up his mind in rejecting me , once i finished explaining he told me I was wrong and asked me to refer the patent application , the moment i went to refer it , he told me ' you arent going to find anything there' , When I finally gave my explanation on the summary , he didnt bother and just told he needs to leave as he is busy with another call . I can understand that we as freshers are not having any expertise in a skillset and definitely not in Patent summary , all you could do is give the candidates a chance to explain . why would you conduct the interview if you are not willing to listen
