Three step interview process. Telephone, Face to Face and Competency/Assessment Task. They took a while to get back to me however once the process started it happened very quickly. The phone interview was a brief conversation, lasted 20 minutes at most. I was then invited to their office and then they invited me back for another interview. I had to prepare a presentation and they asked more competency based questions.
