I was contacted via email not long after applying through Reed. The phone conversation later that day with the internal recruiter was interesting and friendly and we had a frank discussion about industries around the role. First face-to-face interview was great, some questions were tough but necessary to test my knowledge and strategic thinking. Interviewers were really nice and listened (I’ve encountered so many interviewers who don’t listen or ask in-depth follow up questions), everyone in the office was helpful and friendly, the office was a tad untidy but buzzing with chatter and hard work. Fridays are casual clothes day. Office is less than 5 minutes walk from Victoria station, 15 minutes walk from Hyde Park. I declined to proceed to next stage of interviews due to other opportunities more aligned with my interests, but the roles and career progression on offer were perfect for my skills and ambitions.
