Interviewed by the head of the defence team and his assistant, they were very welcoming and friendly but also clear with the questions asked. They also provided detailed answers to the questions I posed to them about the role. i also found it interesting how they added in some 'fun' and somewhat unconventional interview question, which required on the spot thinking whilst hurtling out answers in a short space of time. Overall, it was a great experience and whilst I did not get the job, it was good practice for other opportunities.
