The director asked me many questions, which was ok. However, the conversation was a bit unusual and one-sided. Maybe the person in charge wasn't the most experienced in interviewing or had a special candidate in mind. It's a bit funny when someone with less experience starts to evaluate yours. Anyway, there was no structure, plan, strategy, or clear ideas about the job. After 30 minutes, the chat closed automatically or on purpose, and I didn't have time to ask or find out more. It was pretty clear that I wouldn't fit into this job, as it would be a massive step back in my career.
