Phone call screening, in person interview with several people. Asked about work experience, background, explained the job and pay structure. Informed about the different events we have to sell on.
A video interview with two people asking about myself and why I want the role. Typical sales questions were asked with a few examples that you needed to give which were specific to the industry. There was a role play exercise and they asked you to say how you would get people to come to one of their events.
