Applied online. They got back to me swiftly to do a hirevue pre-screening questionnaire, completed it the same day. A few days later informed that I was selected to be interviewed by a panel of 3 directors. I thought it went well, didn't hear back until I chased up but noticed the role was removed then re-posted mid-interview process...was then selected to do the final stage. Director led me on to the point I was told I will be hearing back 'very soon' waited -had to chase..just to be offered a lower role than what I interviewed for. Turned it down.
