Poor. The interviewers did not seem interested. Interview was short, I met with two line managers who asked general questions about my background. Explained it was contract and that it could become permanent.

General questions about background. Very informal, I asked good questions of them. Gave information on the company, showing I had researched Quintiles. I should of asked more about training provided. The training here is virtually non-existent.

The process took around 2-4 weeks, from receiving the first phone call to the actual interview with the Hiring Manager and the Meet and Great with the sponsor; after receiving the "ok" from the Hiring Manager and Sponsor, still waiting for the actual contract and start date.

I was working in IQVIA in investigator payments department for 4 years. Now I'm doing IJP for sr CTA for more exposure, where we have to take the approval from our line manager and then apply in career portal, then they schedule call in a week.
