I applied online, I had first a phone interview with a recruiter and then a skype interview with the technical team. The phone call with the recruiter caught me by surprise (no e-mail beforehand), but the recruiter was friendly and straight ti the point. The skype interview with the technical team was also positive: professional, friendly, more like a chat/discussion.

general questions about my background, if I understood what the job was, and plans for the future. Also, they asked me about my organizational skills.
Seems like my interviewing process was sped up since they really need somebody to start ASAP. I only got a phone screening and one interview with more senior members on the team.
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation

A recruiter reached out to me about an open position for a CTA, so I scheduled the interview in hopes to open some doors. It was a good "get to know you" interview very easy and laid back. Went over my prior experience.
