They called us at sharp 9:30am, dtd on 17-3-17 but they made us to wait till 11 am. Then they took for aptitude test which will take around 40 mins, they declared the results immediate after test, that is actually great.
Again they made us to wait for one hour then they started face to face interview, we were seven members. We all came out of the campus by 2:30 PM. I feel they took lot of time for seven members it's nothing but they made everybody wait over there. Finally we came out with the golden dialogue " We will let you know "

I interviewed over the phone. It was quite organized and straightforward, and it took about 10-15 minutes. In the end, I was told what the budget for the role was and if I was okay with the offer.

The process starts with a phone screen with a recruiter, then typically a second interview with the hiring manager and then director. At that point a F2F meeting is set up. It's very informal and non-confrontational. The managers genuinely want to get a feel for the applicant and their knowledge base.
