The interview was factual, we explored the opportunities and I decided that the position was not a good fit.

Following the online application, an email was sent with a link to the recruitment interview. Using this link, you log into the system and answer the questions they ask via video. If the outcome is positive, a suitable date is arranged with the recruiter and a telephone interview is conducted. If you are deemed suitable at this stage, I believe your interviews with the team begin. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage.
