Additional questions included: careers aspirations, why Quintiles, availability to move to Reading, what do you knwo about clinical trials, previous experience using standard operational procedures.

Interview process was short but they were hiring only freshers with no experience. As I had few months of experience, still they made me attend the interview calls and rejected at the last minute during the HR round. It felt so unfair as they could've rejected me earlier.

Easy and fast, it will take you at least 30 days or even 2 months with 5 interviews. The good thing about the interviewer she is willing to listen to all my questions and I was able to answer her with all honesty based on my experience.
