The position had been posted for months when I interviewed. I knew they were swamped and looking to hire someone soon. I thought the interview went well but was surprised to learn that I didn’t make it to the second round of interviews. I asked but didn’t get much feedback. It’s been a few months since I interviewed and the job is still posted. I’m not sure if they are hiring multiple consultants or just haven’t found someone yet.

On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
