Very detailed and situation oriented. Things have changed now. The interview is based off of an exam you take. The thing that sucks is that you can interview well and not pass this entrance/screening exam. I heard it sucks but I didn't take it so I can't offer much advise here. The actual interview and presentation is pretty nice though.
