Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso IQVIA nel mese di ago 2022
Colloquio
On 8/2/2022, I was contacted via LinkedIn by a Sr. Source TA regarding this role. He asked for a copy of my resume, etc. It took me a week to get this over to him due to being on vacation. During that time I had a chance to look over the job he sent. I was qualified due to my 4+ years in Contracts so I scheduled a call on his calendar to take place on 8/12. The interview went great. Very informational. There was a question around my salary expectations but I advised it was negotiable as I was unsure if it was hourly or salary at the time of interest. At the end of the interview, he expressed how much he liked my experience and background. Felt like I would be a great addition to team. I was advised to look out for an email which would consist of an excel assessment to make sure my skills aligned. Two weeks went by and I still hadn’t received anything or heard from him. I sent an email on 8/25 to follow up. No response. I thought to myself there’s no way someone who sought ME out personally on LinkedIn has already ghosted me. By 8/29, I still had not received a response to my email so I sent a message through LinkedIn. His response, “I connected with the hiring team and they decided to move forward with some other candidates for now that have some more CRO experience.” So you had my resume, interviewed me, and didn't know prior to contacting me that they wanted someone with Clinical Research experience? Nowhere on my resume or through conversation did i express I ever worked in Clinical Research. Make it make sense. Please stop wasting people time and using them for your numbers game. This left a bad impression and I will not be interviewing with this company ever again. The fact that he couldn’t reach out to me himself and provide that update said enough for me.
It was very chaotic, we agreed on the salary at the second interview and after that it turned out and then it turned out they didn't remember and offered a much lower salary

What motivates you, where do you see yourself in five years, how you resolve a conflict
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso IQVIA (Bengaluru) nel mese di feb 2021
Colloquio
The whole interview process was really smooth and quick. First I got a call from the HR asking basic questions like my qualifications and if I'll be okay with the location and all. After two days I received a mail to complete a task related to the role. Once that was sent, I received another mail to complete AMCAT test (basically an aptitude test).
After three days I got a call from an HR scheduling my round 1 interview with the appropriate persons. I was interviewed by two amazing people, they were friendly to talk with. They asked me a lot about contracts, why I was interested in this job, where I see myself in three years. It was a mix of technical and HR questions basically. The interview was about almost an hour.
Two days later I received another mail scheduling my date and time for the round 2 interview. This interview was most importantly to check my communication skills. There was an interviewer from US who connected with me and asked me a few basic questions.
Two days later, I received an employee application form to be filled and submitted.
And about a week later I received the offer my IQVIA. Once that was over they sent a link for onboarding process and about fifteen days later I received my offer letter.
IQVIA is a company who constantly keeps updating us about our candidature. However, the drawback was that non of the HR personnel would pick up our calls or reply in case of a query. And there had been instances when the HR missed out on my mails and I had to re-sent them several times.
