Applied online. Had a phone screen with hiring manager. Scheduled a F2F interview at a hotel near the Detroit airport. I interviewed with the hiring manager and the project lead.

I have had two interviews with 2 separate teams in the last month. Both managers ghosted me when I inquired about the status, even though one told me I had moved to stage 2. What a waste of my time and respect -
Recruiting process to me is odd. I have been trying to introduce myself to recruiters, etc but they won’t give me the time of day. Doesn’t give me good impressions when the recruiting and talent team ignore messages. Engage with those wanting to work for you, you’d be surprised their potential.
