Had initial phone interview by internal recruiter, then had 2 phone interviews with the actual manager , and after following up with the manager, I was brought in to have F2F with the manager, and then another seperate interview with the team. The team also had roundtable interviews.

They had printed off personality and questions, some did not even pertain to the job or relate to my past experience by one of the team members. Mix of personality questions and scenerio questions. Line Manager asked more questions about technical skill set.

I went through the interview process and passed the initial stages. I had what I consider a great interview with the Director of IT Services when he specifically said "talk to you again soon". It is now about two months of no communication. When I sent a follow-up email, I was aired. That is not a good way to treat job applicants. At least, we deserve to know genuine feedback.

The process started with an overseas screening call from Poland, Technical video call with head office in Dubai and then an onsite HR interview to discuss the experience, salary, knowledge areas ... etc.

Round 1: Phone screening call from HR
Round 2: Technical interview on a video call.
Round 3: Managerial round. Asked behavioral questions.
After each round, I have to follow up twice to get the next interview. The process took more than 1 month. They did not reply after round 3. The interviewer was happy with me and clearly said that they would like to onboard me. I am not sure what did go wrong. They should have provided feedback.
