First Screening Call with recruiter to go over mostly classic questions checking if your experience match with position, if your salary expectation matches with company window, if your profile matches with company and sponsor culture.
Regarding providing feedback and organisation of the recruiters ( providing information during scheduling an interview) is moderate. But they help if you request.
After the end of the process company sends a survey for feedback, which is quite positive. 30 mins recruiter call followed by 60 mins hiring manager interview.

After CV application I received a call from HR dep. where I was asked questions regarding experience. After a month I had an entry interview with Senior Oper. Manager. again regarding experience.
