A seemingly random assortment of phone calls with various team members that lacked structure or any unified flow. They were mostly conversational and I left many of them with more questions than answers. A lot of time passed between the calls, and I often had to follow up multiple times with someone from HR to get updates.

An introductory phone call and then several teams meetings with different team members. Very professional and engaging people who took time to hear your responses and questions. About 5 separate meetings in they went with another candidate and professionally explained the flaws in my candidacy.
