First you have to fill out a pre-screening questionnaire. Then you will do a video interview. If you pass the video interview, then you get a phone screen. after the phone screen you are invited to an interview day at their office. I got eliminated after the phone interview but I really don't care because the interviewer was visibly in a bad mood and she would have been my boss. She didn't adequately answer my questions and clearly didn't understand my answers to hers. It's a shame because I have market research experience and she didn't even seem to understand basic market research processes. Also who wants to move to Plymouth Meeting, PA for 6 months and then be deployed anywhere? I would have probably rejected this anyway. I was really interested up until meeting my future boss. It's a blessing that I will not have to work there.
