Interview was done on WebEx. Very relaxed no challenging questions. Nice chat between two individuals. Process was set up by HR dept and followed up by the LM. Call was completed within 30 minutes. Only one person interviewing. No additional follow up interview. First interview was a screening with HR on the phone
Long interview process but HR is quick with timing of interviews. all behavioral questions and not study specific. I like how they include potential line manager in the process to ensure candidate sees if it’s a good working relationship
