Unfortunately, the interview was a disorganized affair. The interviewers appeared unprepared and disinterested, failing to provide a coherent overview of the company and the specifics of the role they were looking to fill. Moreover, when discussing qualifications, the managers demonstrated a startling lack of understanding regarding the necessary licensing relevant to the position within their department. It became evident that they hadn’t even bothered to read my resume prior to the interview. Overall, this experience was a regrettable waste of time for everyone involved.
