Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

Fui contactada pelo Rh para me candidatar a uma vaga, conversei brevemente sobre minha carreira, teste de inglês. Depois tive entrevista com três gestoras, um clima muito leve, respeitoso, já na entrevista uma gestora disse que gostou do meu perfil e que me queria na empresa. Três dias depois recebi a Devolutiva positiva, assinei carta oferta, com dia de início, preenchidl questionários e afins, no mesmo dia horas depois fui avisada que minha contratação tinha sido cancelada, mas meu perfil que foi muito bem avaliado ficaria com eles para possíveis oportunidades. Tudo estava indo muito bem, mas foi decepcionante ter a oferta retirada em menos de 3h de ser notificada da aprovação

a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
