Extremely disrespectful, don't bother. I applied to an Analyst position and was invited to do an "On-Demand Video Interview" where I had record myself answering 8 questions (process took about an hour). The next day I was told that there was a glitch in the system because I was not sent the competency assessment link and I had to apply to a new position. I applied for the second position, completed the competency test (also about an hour) and was asked to repeat the video interview that I had already done. The second time, I had an issue with my camera so I had to stop the video and was therefore locked out. I tried to reach out multiple times through different ways to the hiring manager but I was always ghosted. Basically they are allowed to have technical issues and put you through hours of work but you are not.
