He asked me about my profession, profile and if I had experience with assembly I said yes. He told me about the salary offered and the possibility of continuing to grow. Then he told me to go to the company and see their installations. He presented me to the team and asked me if I liked what I saw. I signed some papers the same day. it wasn't that formal, difficult, or structured. I started to work the next week.
