It was not a lengthy process however it is all via email. I never actually spoke to a person. I basically received emails updating me on what level position/salary I qualify for then I was sent an email to sign my official documents. After submitting every thing I was notified that the class was cancelled and I would need to reapply at a later time to be reconsidered.

No interview, just paperwork. You'll get emails giving you updates throughout the process, letting you know where you stand. There is a lot more paperwork once you get an offer.
