Standardized interview questions with a panel of 3 people. They ask the same questions of everyone. Prepare for behavioral questions such as what you would do in certain situations. There is no feedback after your answers. They all just quietly make notes about your response then move on to the next question. So, it's hard to get a feel for how you've done. You have a chance to ask questions at the end. They were all very friendly and the entire interview took less than 30 minutes.

I attended a direct hiring career event for LB&I in April 2024. I was interviewed by a panel of 3 senior revenue agents, they asked me behavioral questions (tell me about a time when you faced a stressful situation, tell me about a time when you had to juggle multiple deadlines, etc.) and also questions on which tax forms I had experience with.
