What I like most most that beside the Solutions VP I had the chance to talk privately with my potential future colleagues. I aporeciated that the VP left on purpose to let us talk sincerely. Seems people have no problem to talk about pros and cons, event the management.

Why leaving the current employer? As they want to be sure that they are not similar..they want to be sure I will be happy to work with them as they want long time relationship
How is your spanish and english as they are an international development team (Labs in Barcelona, Vienna, Torino). The interview was done in both languages
