I first met with several representatives on campus. They were all very nice and asked in-depth questions. It is important to know about ISN and what they do. After the campus round you go to Dallas and do a "Speed dating" round where you meet with several employees, everyone from the CEO to an Account Rep. Very intensive and only the best make it through.

multiple interviews and then a in-house recruitment day with a lot of applicants. Met with several employees (15 minute interviews). Had a reception the night before to meet other employees
