The interview process was well organized. There were 3 employees who conducted the interview. They were behavioral based questions. The interviewers' were engaged and interested. The interview was around 30 minutes long total with 20 minutes of questions followed by a 2 minute presentation given by the interviewee and questions following that.

I met with the company (virtually) the day before my interview for a brief information session. The ISN representatives went through a powerpoint and talked about the company in overview. The next day, my interview was also virtual and I met with three recruiters. They asked me a series of questions that lasted approximately 10 minutes and then gave me the opportunity to ask questions for the last 5 minutes of my 15 minute time slot.
