***Experience is not purely my own but I have many friends and relatives who applied and I have more than enough knowledge to guide.*** Interview is not easy to pass. An officer is expected to be smart and have a balanced life with high levels of toleration. An officer should be a calm minded person who can decide under high stress levels in a very reasonable way. It is not a problem if one is not selected in Army as there is no set criteria that guarantees selection. They need someone who's personality and physical traits suit army so there is no need to get yourself worked up. They need the best for their organization it doesn't matter if you are the best in everything so just chill and move on serve the country some other way.

Interview was straight forward. Three interviews total Deputy, Psych and GTO. The psych pretty much asks personal and behavioral questions as long as you remain honest its very simple. The deputy asked more questions regarding weapons, apcs, tanks, missiles, general knowledge.
