at first two java questions using netbeans ide and then a technical exam contains 3 pages and then hr interview it was very short and finally a technical interview it was also short one and the response was after 1 month and the hiring date after 2 weeks

I waited too many hours to get an interview although i was on time
So it is very bad situation
Hr does not understand the role of the position and gives wrong data about the projects they worked on
